Shipping & Delivery
Please note the following delivery terms and conditions:
Orders are shipped on a CPT (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) and EXW (Ex Works) basis for all international destinations unless otherwise specified. The delivery time is considered to be when the product is ready for delivery to the location chosen by the Purchaser.
Yugamemachine cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of nature, unavailability of supplies or sources of energy, riots, wars, fires, floods, epidemics, lockouts, slowdowns, strikes, or delays in delivery caused by our suppliers, shippers or ports of entry, or issues due to international customs controls, taxes, fees, tariffs, paperwork deficiencies, embargos or clearance issues, or acts or omissions by the Purchaser.
If the order is deemed undeliverable or refused by the Purchaser (except for damage), or if deliveries are rescheduled by the request of the Purchaser, or due to the Purchaser not being present on the scheduled date of delivery, or for other reasons within the control of the Purchaser, the order may be placed in storage by the shipper or us, at the Purchaser's sole risk and for its account. The Purchaser agrees to be liable for all costs incurred in holding, storing, and redelivering their Order.
All refused or undeliverable Orders must be claimed within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment from the EXW point. After sixty (60) days, all Orders are considered abandoned, and the Order will then be disposed of or sold without recourse. The Purchaser must pay their Order plus any storage, handling, or disposition costs we incurred in full.
