Refund Policy
By purchasing any products from Yugamemachine, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. PAYMENT TERMS - As a purchaser, you are responsible for making full payment for your order (as stated in your Sales Invoice) to TOMY Arcade. Additionally, you may be required to pay any applicable local, county, province, state, federal, or governmental agency sales tax, duty, tariff, surcharge, fee, or fine, and all shipping charges or other charges that are assessed either at the time of order or in the future. Payment in full is due when the Sales Invoice is finalized, except for some pre-ordered items and our leasing customers. In case of overdue payments, a finance charge will be applied, computed at a periodic rate of 2.50% per month (30% per annum), to the extent permitted by law.
2. DEPOSITS - Deposits made on all "Preorder", "Out of Stock" and "Waitlisted" items are generally refundable if not already in production or already shipped at the time of cancellation. However, deposits made for all other purchases or services or after an item has shipped are not refundable, except as noted elsewhere in this document.
