Q1: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Usually, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one piece. However, for customized brands, we may have different quantity requirements for various items. We welcome new customers to place a trial order to test the product quality and sales in their markets.
Q2: How many days does it take for delivery?
A: The delivery time depends on the order item and quantity. Usually, our delivery takes between three to twenty days after receiving the deposit.
Q3: Will the voltage and plug of the product come with my standard?
A: We will confirm the voltage and plug with the customer before production, and we will produce the machines as per the customer's requests.
Q4: Can your company customize products as required and put my logo on them?
A: Yes, all of our products are designed and customized as per the customer's requirements, including color, print, pattern, and logo.

A: The lifetime of the product depends on the maintenance. Generally speaking, it lasts for about 3-5 years.
Q6: What happens in case of malfunction?
A: Our technician will provide a professional and detailed solution with pictures for the customer, which shows how to operate step by step. If a spare part breaks, we will replace it for the customer, either with a charge or without a charge.

A: The delivery time varies depending on the port of destination. Generally speaking, it takes about one month by sea and 3-7 workdays by air.
Q10: Can your company help me reserve a hotel if we come to visit your factory?
A: Yes, our company can help the customer reserve a hotel if they come to China, and we can also pick up the customer at the airport or hotel if necessary.
Q11: Is it necessary to install an arcade game machine upon receiving it?
A: No installation is required as we assemble everything before delivery. When you receive the goods, you just need to follow our attached user manual, plug in the power and turn on all computers to start playing.

A: In case of any problem, our service team will help you identify the issue step by step. If it's a software problem,we can solve it remotely with the customer via Team Viewer.
